Ingredients:

red ripe watermelon

Instruction:

Make little watermelon balls using a melon baller.  Arrange on a sheet pan single layer without touching and freeze them. Once frozen, keep balls in a freezer bag.

When ready to serve put 3 partially frozen watermelon balls on each plate along with the main entree, or salads, or appetizers, or sandwiches. They are a refreshing garnish everyone likes.
