Pepperoni Cheese Pizza

this is a simple lunch, easy to make and delicious, it smells so godd
while it is baking
12" Boboli
thin pizza crust
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
8 ounces Fontina cheese, coarsely grated
1/2 package Turkey Pepperoni
low fat slices 1 cup yellow or red onion, thinly
sliced
1-1/2 cups Roma tomatoes, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1-1/2 tablespoons dried Thyme
Spread Boboli crust with olive oil,
add Fontina, turkey pepperoni, onion, tomatoes,
salt, pepper and Thyme. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, remove from
oven, cut into slices and serve hot with a Caesar Salad
for lunch or a light supper....
delicious and so easy!
