Pastrami Rollup Appetizer

2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon hot horseradish 1 garlic clove, minced Salt and pepper, to taste 1/2 pound Turkey Pastrami, sliced 1/4-inch thick
curly leaf lettuce toothpicks
In a small bowl mix cheese, horseradish, garlic, salt and pepper. Lay
pastrami slices flat, spread with cheese mixture, cut into approximately 1-inch by 3-inch strips or similar
for bite size pieces when rolled.
Lay a 1-inch wide by 3-inch lettuce piece at one end slightly extended over the
pastrami. Starting at the opposite end of the lettuce, rollup the slices, secure with toothpicks and serve.
Wine suggestion: Cabernet Sauvignon
