Pastrami Rollup Appetizer

I
created this simple easy to make hors d'oeuvre ....
serve before a
Dinner Party..
they
have a delicious filling, easy to eat and can be made
ahead...
try
them and see!
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon hot horseradish 1 garlic clove, minced Salt and pepper, to taste 1/2 pound Turkey Pastrami, sliced 1/4-inch thick
curly leaf lettuce, 1x3-inch toothpicks
In a small bowl mix cream cheese, horseradish, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cut meat slices into 1x3-inch strips, spread with cheese
mixture, put lettuce at one end slightly extended over the strip. Starting at the opposite end of the lettuce,
roll up the slices, secure with toothpicks and serve.
Wine
suggestion: Cabernet Sauvignon
