Thanksgiving Garnishes, Cranberry Jellied

Yield: 8 slices approx
1 can Cranberry Jellied Sauce
Open both ends of can and carefully slide cranberry jelly log onto it's side onto a cutting board.
Slice crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices. Lay them cut-side down on a cutting board. Use your favorite cookie cutter
(same size as the round slice) or make a cardboard turkey
template as I did and cut out shapes from the slices for a special Thanksgiving
dinner. Make one for each guest and arrange on their dinner plate.
