Turkey & Brie Croissant Sandwich Recipe, photo

I love roasted turkey breast meat, there is always one in my freezer,
they are low in fat.
When I need one, I thaw it out, pop into the oven and roast to perfection being careful to not over cook, keeping them moist.  The meat is so flavorful
when roasted correctly. When they cool I simply cut into large chunks then wrap and freeze. They are so handy to serve for sandwiches or any dish.
