Stuffed
Green Olives

be sure to use Sharp cheese, it is less
oily
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated 2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
4 ounce jar stuffed green olives, drained, towel dried
Mix
sharp cheddar cheese, butter, flour, cayenne pepper and celery seed
together, mold mixture around green olives covering them completely. Bake on a sheet pan at 400° for 15 minutes and serve warm or cold.
Wine recommendation: Cabernet Sauvignon
