Green Olives Wrapped in Cheese

Yield: 25 approx.
Ingredients:
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, no substitutes, grated (this cheese is less
oily)
2 tablespoons softened butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
4 ounce jar stuffed green olives, drained, towel dried
Instruction:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a small bowl mix grated sharp cheddar, butter, flour, cayenne pepper and celery seed
together. Wrap mixture around stuffed olives covering completely. Arrange on a sheet pan and bake for
approximately 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold with your favorite beverage.
