Strawberry Mascarpone

to make.... simply serve with sliced
strawberries!!
Serves 4
8 ounce container Mascarpone Italian cheese
4 teaspoons Confectioners sugar
Fresh strawberries,
washed, trimmed and sliced
4 mint sprigs, garnish
chocolate syrup, garnish
Mix
first two ingredients together, spoon into
plastic lined 1/4 cup molds, then invert them onto individual
plates; remove the plastic wrap. If you do not have 1/4-cup
molds, it is easy to use a knife to form them into the shape you want.
Place sliced strawberries around the Italian cheese, add a mint sprig,
decorate plates with small dots of chocolate syrup and serve with a
strawberry fan if desired.
