Broccoli
Cheese and Pine Nuts

Serves 1
1/2 cup fresh broccoli 1 teaspoon butter Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon pine nuts, toasted 2 teaspoons Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, freshly grated
White truffle oil
Cut broccoli into florets, peel the stems and cut into matchstick
pieces. Steam the broccoli until tender
crisp. Drain, add butter, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with pine nuts and
cheese, drizzle with white truffle oil and serve.
This is an easy delicious gourmet side dish.
Wine recommendation: Chardonnay
