when I lived in Oregon we used to lake fish with our boat in the
Spring and Summer months, my husband made the best smoker for all
the fresh fish we caught;
what we didn't use right away we wrapped
and froze.
I put together this delicious mixture to enjoy
on baguette bread, it is
one of our favorites because it not only tastes good, it is an elegant hors
d'oeuvre

Smoked
Trout Pate Appetizer

1/2 cup smoked trout fish 3 ounces cream cheese, softened 3 teaspoons hot
style horseradish
3 tablespoons heavy cream 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/8 teaspoon black pepper Baguette bread, 1/4-inch slices
In a food processor puree together the first 6 ingredients until smooth.
Serve in a small dish with baguette bread slices and enjoy!
