simple refreshing and easy, use banana for buffet
tables, potlucks, make smaller ones for individual plates
Juice from one fresh lemon Bananas
sliced 1/4-inch thick
Fresh mint, finely chopped Fresh Mint sprigs, for garnish if desired
Put lemon juice in a small
bowl, dip bananas in to keep from turning brown then roll the edges in chopped mint.
Adorn with mint sprigs and serve with
desserts.
