1 medium sized green zucchini squash
1 teaspoon vegetable oil Salt and pepper, to taste
dillweed basil sprig garnish
Trim ends of squash; use a mandoline or potato peeler to make very thin slices; put onto
individual plates piling as high as possible; drizzle with oil, sprinkle
with salt, pepper, dill weed, add a garnish and serve immediately with a main
entree.
