Prosciutto, thinly sliced Baby Romaine Lettuce, 1/2-inch wide, ribs removed
Brie Cheese, softened, rind removed, sliced Dried Thyme
Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface, overlap 3
meat slices making a
rectangle, top with a single layer of romaine lettuce and Brie
cheese, then
sprinkle with thyme. Starting at the widest end roll up tightly,
serve immediately or cover
and refrigerate. Can be made 1 day
ahead.
Remove plastic wrap, cut into 1-inch slices, stand upright on a platter and
serve.
Wine recommendation: Chardonnay; Sauvignon Blanc; Pinot Gris
