Rollup Appetizers

Prosciutto, thinly sliced Baby Romaine Lettuce, 1/2-inch wide, ribs removed
Brie Cheese, softened, rind removed Dried Thyme
On a large piece of plastic slightly overlap 3 slices Prosciutto making a
rectangle, top with a single layer of lettuce. Pipe or spread
Brie cheese on top,
sprinkle with thyme. Starting at the widest end roll up tightly; cover
and refrigerate. They can be made 1 day ahead.
Remove
plastic, cut into 1-inch slices, stand upright on a platter and
serve.
Wine recommendation: Chardonnay; Sauvignon Blanc; Pinot Gris
