when I was a little girl I had the great privilege
of living with my A! Martha (that is how we spelled her name).
She was a wonderful woman and possessed great talent for being a terrific cook
she used to make this delicious fresh crisp Waldorf salad combination many
times,
I always felt when we had a Waldorf salad it was a special occasion and looked forward to enjoying
it,
now whenever this Waldorf salad is spoken of,
I always think of her and the fond
memories she gave me, she was very special!
