Asiago Cheese Pinwheel Appetizer

Yields: 60 appetizers
Ingredients:
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 tablespoon honey-Dijon mustard
Turkey Pepperoni slices
1/4 cup Asiago Cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Thyme, dried
1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 small egg beaten
Instruction:
Cut puff pastry in half crosswise; spread halves with mustard to within 1-inch of border;
add pepperoni slices, grated Asiago cheese, thyme, oregano and black pepper. Brush borders of pastry with beaten egg; roll
up each halve tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 30 minutes or overnight.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
When ready to serve cut rolls into 1/4-inch slices making approximately 60 appetizers.
Arrange pinwheels on a lightly sprayed foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown and serve.
