Cheese Pinwheel Appetizer

Makes 60 appetizers
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed 1 tablespoon honey-Dijon mustard Turkey Pepperoni slices
1/4 cup Asiago Cheese, grated 1 teaspoon Thyme, dried 1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper 1 small egg beaten
Cut pastry in half crosswise; spread halves with mustard to within 1-inch of border;
add pepperoni, cheese, thyme, oregano and pepper. Brush borders of pastry with egg, roll
up each halve tightly. Wrap in plastic and chill 30 minutes or overnight.
Cut rolls into 1/4-inch slices making approximately 60 appetizers. Bake at 400° on a lightly sprayed foil
lined baking sheet for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
