Won Ton Baskets Supreme Appetizer
filled with sautéed mushrooms, Brie cheese and Salmon Lox

and
Cucumber Cups
uniquely cut and filled with fresh crab, diced green onions, celery and fresh lime juice and zest




2nd Course
First Course Appetizer

Insalata Caprese
 Italian salad served Napoleon style
fresh tomato slices, Mozzarella cheese and fresh basil garnished with capers





3rd Course
Salad

Mesclun Salad Greens
dressed with white truffle oil served with a wedge of Camembert Cheese garnished with a refreshing 
watermelon ball garnish


 



4th Course
Soup

Zucchini Soup
 with shallots, cream, dill and freshly grated nutmeg served in a round globe zucchini shell



 

5th Course
Sorbet

Lemon Thyme Sorbet
made with the zest of a lemon and fresh lemon juice for a refreshing palate cleanser



 



6th Course
Main Entree

Stuffed Chicken Breasts filled with Boursin Cheese
  then rolled and baked, served with a 
Tomato Rose garnish

and
Asparagus carrot garnish

with
a yam cut into a star and sautéed in chicken broth






7th Course
Dessert

Coffee Kahlua Tortoni
low fat delicious frozen dessert with toasted slivered almonds
