Shrimp Bisque Flambe
one of my favorite soups... fresh fish stock with flambé shrimp... delicious and easy to make


Second Course
Baked Salmon Roulade  
served on a potato galette in a tomato butter sauce...  yum!

Spinach Salad
with toasted pine nuts and dried cranberries

3rd Course
Mango Rose
simple easy dessert of sliced mango wrapped around ice cream

First Course
Mesclun Salad
with lemon vinaigrette uniquely served with asparagus spears arranged "Lincoln Log" style


Second Course
Salmon Baked
in a cucumber cream wine sauce.. this is soooooo good!

Small New Red Potatoes
uniquely carved into mushroom shapes

Julienne of Fresh Snow Peas and Carrots
snow peas and carrots cut in julienne matchsticks with a refreshing lemon vinaigrette


3rd Course 
Tiramisu
served with finely chopped chocolate in a martini glass
