Serves 8

8 (1/4-cup) shot glasses
2 tablespoons chocolate sauce
1 pint ice cream, your favorite choice
8 wooden Popsicle sticks

Place shot glasses in freezer for at least one hour or overnight. Drizzle small amounts of chocolate sauce down inside edges of frosted glasses letting it run freely making designs. Place glasses in freezer again for at least one hour or overnight.

Soften ice cream to a soupy consistency, transfer to a container with a pouring spout and fill each glass to the top. Place in freezer for approximately 10 minutes or until semi frozen. Insert a popsicle stick in the center of each ice cream shot glass; freeze again until solid.
They can be made one day ahead.

Remove glasses from freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving on individual plates.  Dinner guests twist the ice cream popsicle out of the glass to enjoy this unique popsicle dessert.
