2 Granny Smith apples, divided
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, divided 1 tablespoon white sugar 1/3 cup apple juice
1 drop green food coloring

Peel, cut and core 1 apple; place in saucepan with 5 teaspoons lemon juice, sugar and apple juice; boil approximately
3 to 5 minutes or until soft; cool; puree in food processor until smooth, transfer to a small bowl. Stir in food coloring;

strawberry fan.
Vanilla ice cream can also be served with this sorbet.
