Serves 1
1 Blueberry Muffin
1 pat of butter 1 tablespoon Apricot jam Strawberries Cantaloupe, cut into chunks
Honeydew Melon, cut into chunks 2 sprigs fresh mint for
garnish
Freshly brewed coffee 1 glass freshly squeezed orange juice Sparkling
Wine
On an individual serving plate, put blueberry muffin, pat of butter, apricot jam, fresh
fruit and a demitasse of coffee. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve with orange
juice and a flute of sparkling
wine.
