Peas with Shrimp Salad

10 ounce package frozen petite green peas, thawed, drained
1 cup celery, thinly sliced 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted 1/2 cup black olives,
sliced 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon curry powder 2 (4 ounce) cans tiny shrimp, drained (no substitute)
Combine in a small bowl peas, celery, sliced almonds and black olives.
In another small bowl combine mayonnaise,
lemon juice, garlic salt, soy sauce and curry powder; pour over the salad,
toss lightly; fold in the shrimp and serve.
Wine recommendation: Chardonnay
