... serve 1/2 cup per person
for a different taste try mint in place of dill
Serves 8
1 tablespoon butter 4 cups green zucchini squash, finely diced salt
and pepper, to taste 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
In a medium-sized saucepan over medium
high heat melt butter, sauté diced vegetable with salt and pepper for 2 to 3 minutes or just until tender crisp. Remove from heat, add dill weed and serve 1/2 cup per
person.
