Crostini with Pate and Truffle Oil

Baguette Bread 8 ounce package Marcel Q. henri Pate - Duck, Chicken or Pork (at Trader Joe's) Salt, to taste cracked black pepper, to taste
White Truffle Oil
garnish with chives or capers or sliced red onion
Slice baguette bread 1/4-inch thick, place on sheet pan, toast one side under the broiler
for 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. This can be done ahead of time.
Spread approximately 1 teaspoon pate on each bread slice, add salt and
pepper. Sprinkle with truffle oil, add a garnish and serve
immediately. Wine recommendation:
Merlot, Cabernet
