2 large Croissants
Mayonnaise
6 ounces Dungeness crabmeat
salt and pepper, to taste
Tabasco sauce, to taste
2 tablespoons scallions, sliced
lettuce leaves
Cut croissants in half horizontally, spread with mayonnaise; add crabmeat, salt,
pepper, Tabasco sauce and scallions, top with lettuce leaves and close
croissant,
slice and serve with a Caesar salad wonton basket if desired.
