Cherry tomato 1/2 teaspoon coarse grained mustard
With stem side up, cut tomato into quarters but not completely through leaving base
attached; you now have 4 petals. Remove seeds and membranes from each petal. Put mustard in center of cut tomato to resemble a
flower, serve on plate with
main entree, or salads,
or lunches.
