Make as appetizers as you like
Cherry Tomatoes, small size Salt and pepper, to taste Mozzarella Cheese extra-virgin olive oil
Fresh Basil sliced 1/4-inch
Cut and discard a small slice from bottom of each cherry tomato to sit level;
scoop out pulp with a melon baller making a cup; sprinkle cup with salt and pepper; stuff cups with
cheese and basil drizzle with oil and top with basil. Serve on a platter.
