Gourmet Coleslaw Salad
with Mint and Lime Juice

Serves 3 - 4
3 cups fresh green cabbage, finely shredded 4 tablespoons fresh mint leaves sliced 1/4-inch
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt 3 teaspoons sugar 4 dashes Tabasco sauce, or according to taste
3 - 4 fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Put shredded cabbage and sliced mint leaves in large bowl.
In a smaller bowl whisk together lime juice, salt, sugar and Tabasco sauce; pour dressing over
shredded cabbage; garnish with mint sprigs and serve. Refreshing, simple
and delicious!
Wine suggestion: Sauvignon Blanc
