Breakfast Recipe Scrambled Eggs-Bacon-Cheese Croissant

Croissant roll, halved horizontally 2 teaspoons butter, softened 2 slices crispy bacon 1 egg scrambled with
1 tablespoon cream Salt and pepper, to taste 1 slice Provolone cheese
Spread butter on both cut halves of roll, add the
cooked bacon, cooked scrambled egg, top with Provolone cheese. Close the sandwich, cut in half, serve with hash browns and fresh fruit. Serves one.
Wine recommendation: Champagne
