Total Time: 15 min

Ingredients:

8 ounces low fat cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup (2 ounces) Blue cheese, crumbled
3 tablespoons walnuts, coarsely chopped, toasted
1 tablespoon fresh chives, snipped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Kosher salt, to taste
freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Baguette bread, sliced 1/4-inch thick

Instruction:

In a bowl mix together the cream cheese, blue cheese, toasted walnuts, chives, parsley, salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Spread on baguette bread slices or set a dip bowl on a tray with assorted sliced breads, baked bagel chips and crackers.
Garnish with more chives, walnuts and serve.

Wine recommendation: Pinot Gris; Chardonnay
