Baguette Pate Sandwich

Serves 2
8 ounce package Marcel Q. henri Pate - Duck, Chicken or Pork (at Trader
Joe's) 2 slices baguette bread, each 6 inches long, cut
in half lengthwise 8 teaspoons mayonnaise red onion slices leaf lettuce
Cornichons for garnish Spread 2 teaspoons mayonnaise generously on each bread half.
Remove pate from package discard any surrounding pork fat
strips. Cut pate in half horizontally, spread on two bread halves covering
completely; add red onion slices and leaf
lettuce. Close sandwiches, cut in half diagonally and serve with Cornichons
and chips for a
delicious gourmet lunch sandwich. |
