Cherry tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese
fresh basil leaves
Extra- virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Wooden skewers or toothpicks
Using a melon baller make small round cheese balls from Mozzarella cheese same size as cherry tomatoes.
Thread one cherry tomato, basil leaf and cheese ball on a skewer; continue threading insalata caprese on
skewers making as many appetizers as you wish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and
serve appetizer.
