For each person you
will need:
1 small Broccoli floweret, steamed al dente, drained salt to taste
1/8 teaspoon White Truffle Oil 1/8 teaspoon finely grated Asiago cheese
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon toasted Pine nuts Chinese Spoon Serve one floweret on spoon; add salt, Truffle oil,
grated cheese and
toasted pine nuts.
