 Appetizer to start a dinner 










this is an easy little bite I created to amuse your palate using flowerets, cheese, pine nuts and truffle oil,
make everything ahead of time then serve...   what could be easier!

Amuse Bouche Broccoli Chinese Spoon

For each person you will need:

1 small Broccoli floweret, steamed al dente, drained
salt to taste
1/8 teaspoon White Truffle Oil
1/8 teaspoon finely grated Asiago cheese
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon toasted Pine nuts
Chinese Spoon

Serve one floweret on spoon; add salt, Truffle oil, grated cheese and toasted pine nuts.

Wine recommendation: Champagne; Pinot Gris
