1 English cucumber, unpeeled
Dill weed, garnish (optional)
Slice cucumber 1/4-inch thick. Cut a slit through each slice just to the center. Using both hands twist the cut ends in opposite directions making a curl.
Sprinkle with dill weed and serve as a vegetable garnish for lunches and dinner
parties.
