This is a delicious cheeseball appetizer of port wine and cheese
enclosing a grape coated with salted pistachio nuts.

1/2 cup Pistachio nuts, finely chopped 4 ounces Chevre cheese, softened 2 ounces cream cheese, softened 1-1/2 tablespoons Port wine Kosher salt to taste 1 pound seedless grapes, red or green
Instruction:
Place Pistachio nuts in a small bowl; set aside.
In a larger bowl mix Chevre cheese and cream cheese with the port wine, add salt according to
your taste. Place 1 teaspoon cream mixture in palm of
your hand; add a grape and completely covering it with the cheese by forming into a
mini cheese ball. Roll in pistachio nuts coating thoroughly.
Repeat this process for each grape; refrigerate until firm.
Set cheeseballs on a platter and serve.
