serve with a gourmet salad or lunch

this is easy to make in advance and serve as a garnish along side a salad 
or a pasta course.  
Simply mix chopped fresh herbs of your choice with a 
fruity olive oil, 
season well and spread on cheese halves, 
close up like a sandwich and serve ...  how easy is that! 

a simple idea 
you can serve with most anything...  it is delicious...  try it!

Herbed Brie Wedge

Serves 8

1 (8 ounce) Brie cheese wheel
1 tablespoon fresh Thyme, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh Basil, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon extra-virgin Olive Oil
pinch of salt

Cut wheel in half horizontally. In a small bowl combine thyme, basil, parsley, oil and salt; spread on one side of wheel; close up like a sandwich; cut into 1-inch wedges.

Wine recommendation: Pinot Noir
