Herbed Brie Wedge a

Serves 8
1 (8 ounce) Brie cheese wheel 1 tablespoon fresh Thyme, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh Basil, finely chopped 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon extra-virgin Olive Oil pinch of salt
Cut wheel in half horizontally. In a small bowl combine thyme, basil, parsley, oil and
salt; spread on one side of wheel; close up like a sandwich; cut into 1-inch wedges.
Wine recommendation: Pinot Noir
