Servings: 8

Ingredients:

8 ounce Brie cheese wheel
1 tablespoon fresh Thyme, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh Basil, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon extra-virgin Olive Oil
pinch of salt

Instruction:

Cut Brie cheese wheel in half horizontally. In a small bowl combine thyme, basil, parsley, oil and salt; spread on one halved side of the cheese wheel; close up like a sandwich; cut into 1-inch wedges and serve with a tossed green salad or pasta.

Wine recommendation: Pinot Gris; Chardonnay
