decorate an appetizer party tray with different foods,
tastes and colors,
use different sliced deli meats with different kinds of good tasting
cheeses..
anything goes, just be creative,
you would be amazed the combinations you will come up with,
simply visit your local deli and choose all different kinds of foods
you like,
be sure to pick up some parsley too,
with this you can make any platter look professional...

12-inch plate:
1 pound deli Roast Beef, sliced thinly
1/2 pound deli Turkey Breast, sliced thinly Green Olives stuffed with Pimento, sliced, garnish
Curly leafed Parsley for garnish
Fold each slice of meat 1-inch wide.
Starting on outer portion of round plate going in a circle overlap folded meat slices; on
next inner row overlap folded poultry slices next to beef (approximately 1-inch from outer edge).
Continue making overlapping rows in a circle until plate is completely
covered. Garnish with olives, parsley and serve.
Wine recommendation: Sauvignon Blanc; Beaujolais
